NeuroTek Corporation is hiring for a Customer Service Associate/Order fulfillment position. The associate will assist customers with technical support to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. This person will be responsible for testing products, packaging them, and shipping them to the customer. Other duties include occasionally opening or closing the warehouse, answering incoming calls from our customers, and addressing customer product questions. The successful candidate must comprehensively understand our products and customer service policies to resolve customer issues effectively.

NeuroTek is a small family-owned company with a good work environment in the Odessa area off State Road 54. NeuroTek has been in business for over thirty years.

Customer Service/Order Fulfillment responsibilities:

· Answers incoming customer calls regarding products and service questions

· Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with customers and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller

· Update customer information in the customer service database during and after each call.

· Stay updated on product knowledge.

· Inspect and verify incoming goods against invoices or other documents, record shortages, and reject damaged goods.

· Pick, wrap, and pack products in boxes and affix shipping labels to the packages.

· Use Big Commerce and ShipStation systems for FedEx and USPS labels.

Customer Service Representative/Order Fulfillment skills:

· High school diploma/GED required

· 2 years experience in a customer service role

· Proficiency with MS Office

· Ability to work well in a team environment

· A strong sense of professionalism and teamwork is required.

  • Problem Solving: identifies and resolves problems promptly, is resourceful, and is determined to see a problem through to a favorable outcome.
  • Oral Communication: speaks clearly and professionally and can communicate effectively to assist customers and resolve customer issues via phone and email.
  • Written Communication: edits work for spelling and grammar and can type reasonably quickly, succinctly and professionally
  • Organization: The natural ability to visualize and reposition how items are stored so that they can be easily found and utilized around the work area, desktop, department, and office.
  • Quality Control: demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness and monitors own work to ensure quality.
  • Adaptability: adapts to changes in the work environment, manages competing demands

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
