This Customer Service Representative position starts at $21.61 this includes a base wage of $17.20/hour , and an additional $ 4.41/hour for benefits like medical, dental, vision, a flexible spending account (FSA), or a health savings account (HSA). A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE As a Customer Service Representative, you are the first line of communication for our clients on the phone, through chat, or email. Whether answering simple questions or solving complex problems, you are patient and friendly. You always put yourself in the callers' shoes and listen carefully to their needs. The key to your success is that you never give up or lose your cool. You are all about following through and resolution. Most of our borrowers are appreciative of our exceptional customer service, but occasionally one of them is frustrated. You don't take it personally, and your professionalism and kindness usually turn things around. You will have round-the-clock support from senior agents and leadership who are just a phone call away when you need assistance. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CLIENT SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

• High school diploma (degree preferred)
• Computer skills
• Exceptional customer service and phone skills
• Ability to obtain a federal security clearance
• Fluent Spanish speakers a plus! but not required
