Project Manager (construction exp. req.) Description

As a Project Manager, you will be at the helm of complex projects for commercial clients, ensuring they are executed flawlessly within project deliverables. You will be leading these projects from sale to completion, adeptly handling change orders, and ensuring all stakeholders are kept up to date with real-time progress. Small projects range from $20,000-$50,000 while larger projects vary from $500,000-$1m. You will typically oversee 1-2 large projects with 2-3 smaller projects at a time making exceptional organization and attention to detail a must to be successful in this role.
