Field Social Worker (LMSW, LCSW, LCPC, or LGPC licensure req.) Description

Our client is looking for a Social Worker to join their Team in Baltimore, MD. They provide a variety of services, both inpatient and outpatient for the community. They are a nonprofit organization scaling up their team to allow for more lives to be changed each day. Not only are they well-known locally but they are getting noticed nationally with some of their leaders speaking before Congress. Any position within the behavioral health field is meaningful. Field Social Worker (LMSW, LCSW, LCPC, or LGPC licensure req.) Responsibilities

• Offer a wide range of counseling and behavior stabilization services
• Travel to perform behavioral health assessments
• Provide intervention, supportive counseling, and de-escalation support
• Coordinate transport to hospitals or outpatient clinics for individuals
• Refer individuals to outpatient facilities and services
• Review patient needs and create initial treatment plans
• Ensure accurate and timely updates in patient records
• Attend relevant training courses offered by the company
• Act as a liaison for internal and external stakeholders as assigned
• Adhere to company policies, expectations, and behavioral competencies

Field Social Worker (LMSW, LCSW, LCPC, or LGPC licensure req.) Qualifications

• Master’s degree in clinical psychology or social work required
• LMSW, LCSW, LCPC, or LGPC licensure required
• Local travel required (no overnights)

• This is a full-time position in Baltimore. Their hours are Monday-Friday from 7 AM – 3 PM. You will be working in the field meeting patients onsite at their homes or surroundings to provide onsite crisis intervention.
