Your day-to-day responsibilities:

• Clean each dish, utensil, and glass for each guest
• Own your Dishwashing Machine – keep on top of supplies and equipment, while maintaining our chemical standards
• Tell your supervisor or duty manager about any unsafe equipment, low supplies or safety incidents
• Help create a safe space by following our safety procedures and wearing necessary protective equipment
• Be cleaner than clean – meet or exceed local cleanliness and hygiene laws
• Help with disposing boxes and packages from food truck deliveries
• Wear your uniform with pride
• Organize all dishes, containers, pans, etc.
• Assist with prep work when needed

Requirements:

• Teamwork and leadership skills.
• Positive attitude.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Obtain a Food Handler’s Certification.
• Ability to lift or carry at least 50 lbs.
