Salary: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour, Depending on Experience (DOE)

Your Role:
As a Customer Service Representative at Tuxedo Yard Care, you'll be a key player in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. You are the bridge between our services and our customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining long-term relationships. Your primary focus will be on enhancing customer experiences, retaining existing customers, and gently expanding our client base through positive word-of-mouth and referrals.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional support to existing and potential customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Foster strong, lasting relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing personalized solutions.
• Collaborate with team members across departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Utilize a variety of communication channels (calls, texts, emails) to offer support and advice on our services and packages.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in our database.
• Learn and adapt to new technology and software to improve customer interaction and service.
• Demonstrate excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize customer needs effectively.

Qualifications:

• A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and adaptability to new technology.
• Strong typing skills (50 wpm) for efficient communication.
• A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in customer service, with a track record of resolving customer issues effectively.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
