Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Associate Project Manager to join our team. The Associate Project Manager will assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their project management skills in the construction industry.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of project schedules, ensuring all tasks are completed on time
- Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution
- Review and interpret blueprints and construction documents
- Assist in the preparation of project estimates and budgets
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Verify time sheets are filled out for Davis Bacon prevailing wage
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to identify and resolve any issues or delays that may arise during construction
- Assist in the procurement of materials, equipment, and services needed for the project
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including change orders, RFIs, and meeting minutes

Qualifications:
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in project management or a related role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and techniques
- Proficient in blueprint reading and interpretation
- Familiarity with computer software
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
