IT Project Manager - Assisting with LMS Implementation

Local - 3 days onsite minimum.
Client is looking for a Sr. IT Project Manager with manufacturing experience for a Learning Management System (Poka Software) implementation. The candidate must be experienced in managing large application delivery and integration projects with 3rd party vendors, including negotiating with software, hardware and infrastructure providers, working with matrixed teams, migrations, and decommissioning legacy applications, as well as experience with Organizational Change Management strategy and execution.
Musts :
Strong PM with experience in managing large application delivery and integration projects including negotiating with software, hardware and infrastructure providers, working with matrixed teams, green field builds, migrations, and decommissioning legacy applications
Experience with Organizational Change Management strategy and execution
Experience with manufacturing industry and delivering apps to a manufacturing floor environment
Musts:
Strong IT PM that has worked in Manufacturing environment
LMS or HRIS implementation experience
Onsite 3-4 days a week
Ability to speak with all levels of organization, shop floor to C level
