Job Title: Project ManagerRate: $76 per hour Scope of Services: As a Project Manager overseeing a telecommunications project, your role is pivotal in driving the successful delivery of complex initiatives. You'll be instrumental in developing comprehensive project proposals and estimates, conducting rigorous quality reviews, and implementing effective issue and risk management strategies. Utilizing advanced project management methodologies, including waterfall, agile, and SDLC, you will forecast, plan, estimate, and meticulously track project delivery and budget. With over 7 years of experience, you'll bring leadership excellence, steering a diverse project team through requirements definition, development, testing, and final delivery. Your responsibilities extend to facilitating collaboration across multiple functions, serving as a role model for teamwork, and managing relationships between customers, IT environment providers, and service provider personnel. Additionally, your role involves providing transparent status reporting to leadership teams, including insights into potential impacts on scope, budget, risk, and resources. Your extensive knowledge of project cost management, resource capacity planning, and change management approaches will contribute to the overall success of the projects. Certifications in project management (PMP) and Agile methodologies are expected, with familiarity in the Energy Industry and ITIL v3 or v4 considered advantageous. 7 years experience in role with:
