Position Overview:
As a Project Manager at HOMEstretch, you will play a pivotal role in our organization. We are looking for an ambitious, detail-oriented individual who thrives on solving problems and is deeply committed to customer service. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee project schedules, ensuring our team arrives on time and that necessary supplies (dumpsters, paint, tools) are delivered promptly.
- Working with the General Manager and Business Development Specialist to communicate directly with HOMEstretch clients, maintaining clear and open communication regarding project start-times, progress updates, and completion times.
- Ensure all projects are executed in a timely manner while maintaining a focus on quality. Resolve any client issues promptly, striving for complete customer satisfaction.
- Recruit and hire residential service employees, including cleaners, general laborers, and painters.
- Maintain and develop relationships with relevant subcontractors.
- Develop and implement HOMEstretch policies and best practices related to client scheduling, communication, customer service, marketing, and recruitment.
- Assist, as needed, with HOMEstretch field work such as quality control, handyman tasks, clear-outs, landscaping, etc.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year of operational management experience or equivalent schooling (construction management or similar degree).
- Familiarity with the real estate, construction, and/or home services industries.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a track record of utilizing procedures to navigate complex problems.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, including managing teams of hourly employees.
- Background in the service industry, with a strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Self-starter and problem solver, capable of translating high-level directions into efficient problem-solving and task completion.
