Position Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Architecture and ten (10) years’ experience in engineering or design Project Management including the Construction Administration portion of engineering and design management or an equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience.
• Previous industry experience as Designer a plus although not required.
• Ability to think in a highly structured manner along all design disciplines while also having the required creativity to develop specialized solutions and anticipating potential challenges and opportunities.
• Enjoy working in an interdisciplinary team environment while keeping an independent professional view on the design.
• Proven leadership skills necessary to head up large teams and to steer the Team to achieving set goals.
• Proven extensive work experience in Designing, Estimating and Scheduling.
• Cross-functional knowledge of the key engineering disciplines (Architectural, Structural, MEP/ HVAC etc.) and the relevant trades.
• Must be integrative by involving Design Specialists and experts, consultancy and support. 25 to 50 % travel is expected.
