Turley International Resources (TIR) is hiring for a Customer Service Representative position at our Mesa, AZ location.
We are a manufacturing business seeking an experienced representative. This position offers an exciting opportunity to create customer loyalty and growth within our current customer base.
You will engage with our customers by phone and email. The primary focus is creating a positive customer experience by offering our dealers product information and sales support materials. The position also includes interactions with consumers and answering product questions before and after the sale.

REQUIREMENTS
· Minimum 3 years of customer service experience
· Must have strong organizational skills
· Outstanding prioritizing and decision-making abilities
· Verbal and written communication skills are a must
· Ability to learn internal CRM tools
· Common computer skills and basic knowledge of Word and Excel
