Position Summary:
Prepares and serves food using proper food handling and food safety techniques for patients, employees and special events, resulting in foods that taste good, are served at the proper temperature, and in an attractive manner in accordance with established standards. Maintains a clean and safe working environment in accordance withestablished standards.
Minimum Qualifications:
Six months’ experience in quantity food preparation.
Food Handlers Certificate (If required by Local City, County or State)
Desired Qualification:
Experience with therapeutic diet preparation preferred.
Knowledge, Skills and Ability Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational, time management and prioritization skills.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Detail-oriented, able to meet strict time frames
