Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Thorough knowledge and understanding of generally accepted accounting principles, practices and procedures.
High level of proficiency with spreadsheet and database software, as well as Windows environment and all components of Microsoft Office suite, including Excel
Ability to quickly learn and use a variety of financial software tools
Experience in financial analysis with strong analytical and problem solving skills
Experience with estimating and reporting
Highly organized; ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize work assignments
Great interpersonal and communication skills; ability to interact professionally, courteously, and effectively with internal and external contacts. Able to coordinate and work well as part of a diverse team
Willingness to work in a dynamic environment
Ability to be creative and adapt easily to change
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work effectively under pressure
Ability to maintain confidentiality in all work performed

Required Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field.
Two (2) years directly related experience.
