As an Assistant Kitchen Manager, you act as the right-hand to the Kitchen Manager and General Manager! You three cohesively work together to lead the culinary staff to their highest potential. QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN ASSISTANT KITCHEN MANAGER

• 1 year of kitchen experience
• Knowledge about FDA and USDA regulations regarding food handling
• Knowledge about budgeting, forecasting, staffing, and scheduling
• Strong financial acumen and profit and loss accountability experience
• Over the age of 21
