St. Louis Developmental Disabilities Treatment Centers seeks an Administrative Support Assistant to provide administrative support to the Unit Manager’s office. Working hours are Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. with Saturday/Sunday/Holidays as regular days off. Some flexibility with working hours maybe necessary.
Job Duties:
This is a second-level administrative support position that performs a variety of clerical, printing, and mail related tasks in support of a work unit. Employees at this level are required to have a knowledge of the procedures and processes applicable to the performance of the work and to organize their work on a daily or weekly basis by exercising independence and judgment that is greater than lower level positions. May provide work direction to lower-level positions.

Eligibility:
You must have 1-3 years of relevant experience. DMH employees who have had disciplinary actions within the past 6 months will not be considered. This position will be filled with the most qualified candidate after consideration of each applicant’s interview, work experience, work performance, training and other background information.
