As a Regional Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and profitable management of our properties, while providing exceptional customer service to our residents. Responsibilities:
· Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and meet company standards
· - Hire, train, and supervise property managers and other staff members
· - Develop and implement strategies to maximize occupancy rates and rental income
· - Monitor financial performance of properties, including budgeting, rent collection, and expense control
· - Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and property maintenance standards
· - Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and lease violations in a timely and professional manner
· - Stay up-to-date with local market trends, competition, and industry best practices
· - Collaborate with other departments such as sales, marketing, and legal to achieve company goals
Qualifications:
· - Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management or related field
· - Strong knowledge of legal administrative procedures and fair housing regulations
· - Proficient in data entry and property management software (e.g., Yardi)
· - Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
· - Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
· - Proven track record of achieving financial targets and delivering high-quality customer service
· - Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies
· - Ability to travel between properties within the area
