Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and crafting delicious tea beverages. Duties:

- Prepare and serve a variety of milktea beverages, such as Milktea, Smoothie, Fruit tea

- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences

- Operate espresso machines and other tea equipment with precision

- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the beverage station and work area

- Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately

- Maintain inventory of tea bag, syrups, and other supplies

- Assist with food preparation and handling as needed

- Provide friendly and efficient customer service at all times

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a Barista or in the food industry is preferred but not required

- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly manner

- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Knowledge of retail math for cash handling and sales transactions

- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating recipe proportions

- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues

- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and coworkers
