```Duties```
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and smoothies
- Take customer orders and provide exceptional customer service
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop, including cleaning tables, counters, equipment, and utensils
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a clean and safe work environment
- Assist with food preparation, such as baking pastries or assembling sandwiches
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and excellent customer experience
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in customer service or food service is preferred but not required
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of retail math for inventory management and sales tracking is a plus
- Familiarity with food industry regulations and health codes is beneficial
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes, techniques, and procedures
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
