We are looking for a Maintenance Technician. This position is located in Ogden, Utah.

Required Skills:

• 3 years of experience in general maintenance, carpentry, mechanical and electrical systems
• Experience working in an industrial manufacturing environment
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Understands applicable safety regulations that must be followed
• Interpret instructions in written, oral, diagrammatic, or schedule form

Additional Skills:

• SAP Plant Maintenance system and SRM ordering system experience
• Experience in pipe fitting, advanced controls, PLC, industrial electrical, fabrication, millwright, metrology, machine building, machining, HMI, advanced controls, CAD, grind

Job Responsibilities:

• Keep our facility operating effectively by performing a variety of duties such as maintaining machinery and equipment, carpentry, painter, mason, machinist, and repairing any defects when they are discovered to help promote a safe and productive working environment.
• Loud manufacturing environment, exposure to metals, machine lubricants, rust preventative, and other process chemicals, seasonal cold/heat.
• Follows all safety rules and regulations.
• Preventative maintenance & light repairs to plant machinery and equipment.
• Cleans and lubricates machinery and equipment.
• Performs inspections of the emergency & exit lighting, fire extinguishers, rigging, ladder, fall protection equipment, etc.
• Provides general facility maintenance such as floor scrubbing using the leased ride on unit, painting of offices and fixtures, general facility repairs and updates, etc.
• Participates in the Work Area Safety Team and actively provides safety solutions
• Keep workspace clean and organized.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $29.00 - $33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
