The Financial Systems Support Senior Analyst is responsible for providing superior levels of functional and operational production support; operational requirements, testing and change and release management support for special projects, initiatives and enhancements and production break-fixes.Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Conduct daily system operations, including data and system process analysis, diagnose issues and provide effective solutions to improve or restore functionality or services ensuring business continuance and maintaining high application service levels for the business community. Contribute to and lead the implementation of special projects, enhancements and defect fixes.
Activities include: designing changes, approving process and system implementation schedules, creating test scripts, test execution, regression testing and post implementation change validations. Adhere to and promote application support standards and documented business processes and procedures to effectively provide seamless, reconcilable processes and systems that adhere to corporate governance and regulatory requirements.
Partner with cross functional teams in support of the daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual processing and reporting cycles to internal Executive Management and all external regulatory and Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) reporting to Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), Federal Reserve Bank (FRB) and other regulatory agencies, as required.
Contribute to and maintain the general ledger chart of accounts governance, change management and end to end maintenance process in multiple complex and highly integrated financial systems.
The chart of accounts is the foundation for internal management reporting to Executive Leadership, Board of Directors and Senior Leadership and is also the foundation for external reporting to the Bank’s shareholders, the SEC, and other regulatory agencies such as the Federal Reserve, Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) and the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC). Contribute to and maintain the governance, change management, end to end maintenance and publication process of all financial reporting hierarchies including general ledger accounts, centers, products and any other necessary structures to support the reporting needs of diverse lines of business in a highly complex reporting environment.
Serve as a liaison between Operations and IT to assist or gather business requirements needed for system modifications, enhancement and implementations. Contribute to the maintenance and administration of key financial reports, including the GAAP balance sheet and income statement.
Oversee the development, testing and implementation of conceptual frameworks that may be required for analyzing operating results or compliance with regulatory requirements. Participate or lead training of end users. Prepare and maintain training materials and documentation.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or equivalent education and related training. Five years or equivalent experience in financial systems, preferably in the banking industry. Exceptional interpersonal, written and verbal skills with an ability to express complex functional or technical concepts in business terms.
Process improvement mindset. Experience successfully supporting multiple projects and large-scale system testing initiatives. Strong analytical, problem-solving and conceptual skills. Ability to pivot and work well with a team/cross functionally but also independently and autonomously in a dynamic, constantly changing environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
SAP and Blackline experience. CPA or master’s degree in Business, Finance, Management Information Systems or related field Direct or indirect leadership experience
