The Opportunity:
Joining TrueCar as the CRM Manager gives you a prime opportunity to impact our growth trajectory directly. You'll be at the helm of our email marketing initiatives, tasked with crafting strategies that not only reach but also resonate with our audience, driving both customer acquisition and long-term loyalty.
How you will contribute to TrueCar's success:
- By collaborating closely with our Marketing, Product, and Data teams in an agile, fast-paced environment, you'll ensure that our programmatic email campaigns hit the mark every time, appealing to the varied interests and needs of our audience.
- Your role involves more than just sending out emails; you'll be crafting cutting-edge email marketing strategies that significantly bolster customer acquisition, deepen engagement, and drive retention, setting us apart in the industry marketplace.
- Utilizing the latest in data analytics, you will accurately segment our audience and personalize our communications, ensuring every message we send out is relevant and engaging, thereby enhancing customer loyalty.
- You will design, test, and refine predictive algorithms and segmentation strategies, continuously improving the effectiveness of our email campaigns.
- Your commitment to rigorous A/B testing will allow us to refine our approach constantly, ensuring we maintain the highest levels of engagement and conversion.
- Staying on the cutting edge of CRM and email marketing trends and technologies will be a key part of your role, ensuring Truecar remains a leader in innovation.
- Through meticulous monitoring and analysis of campaign performance, you'll provide valuable insights that drive strategic decisions and foster continuous improvement in our marketing efforts.
Your Expertise:
- B2C experience
- Experience working with Iterable
- Understand the weight behind every word inside of a Subject headline down to the button that a user clicks.
- Proven history of measurable impact you were responsible for
- Demonstrated experience in CRM/email marketing, with a track record of significantly driving customer engagement and retention
- Exceptional analytical capabilities, ability to decipher complex data and translate it into actionable strategies
- Proficiency with leading CRM and email marketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Mailchimp) and familiarity with A/B testing methodologies
- Strong collaborative skills, with a history of working successfully in cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional outcomes
- A relentless passion for customer experience and a results-driven mindset
- Experience in a growth-focused function
- Prior experience in a data analysis position
- Interest in leveraging AI to supercharge your work
Base salary range: $96,000 - $147,000
Your TrueCar Experience
As a crew member, you'll be primarily based out of your home as a part of our Dynamic Workplace strategy.
