Title: Salesforce Tableau CRM Consultant
Location: Austin, TX (Onsite)

Job Description :

• Able to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can help improve customer behavior, satisfaction, and retention.
• Collect, organize, and interpret data from various sources
• Organizing and analyzing sales, marketing and customer data
• Helping sales and marketing teams deepen their market influence and build long-lasting customer relationships
• Development and maintenance of Tableau Dashboards
• Hands on SQL development experience
• Familiarity of Datawarehouse concepts

Education and Required Experience:

• Requires Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems, and/or a related field plus five years of experience with Salesforce development or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience with CRM salesforce eco systems, service cloud implementation, CTI integration and configuration: 5 years
• Salesforce certifications: Service cloud, admin, developer
• Practical experience with sophisticated programming concepts including core design patterns, limits and bulk patterns, integration patterns, and asynchronous operations
• Ability to collaborate with client partners to define requirements, outcomes, and set expectations on tasks that you and your team will be responsible for executing
• Develop and maintain architecture blueprint in collaboration with partner and enterprise architects
• Guide functional team with right Salesforce features and capabilities to have an effective grooming session with client
• Gather required API definition and data layout to develop quality user stories
• Develop solution with task list/approach for developers to build the features
• Develop and monitor environment, CI/CD and release management strategy
• Located and able to work in the U.S. from a home office and able to travel up to 50-70%.
