Job Summary:

True Spec Golf, the global leader in custom club fitting and club building is looking to add a new member to its marketing team. Founded in 2014, True Spec Golf is headquartered in Scottsdale, and now has over 40 locations worldwide.

Currently, TSG is looking for a creative, well-organized, motivated Marketing Manager who will help execute the marketing, and communications strategies as well as overall brand image for True Spec Golf and its subsidiaries. This position will report directly to the VP of Marketing and assist in the preparation of monthly marketing plans, creation and management of campaign, content and event calendars.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties:

• Assist in planning and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives
• Execute recurring email & SMS communication
• Manage social media content calendars
• Manage the implementation of marketing assets for 40 True Spec locations
• Coordinate strategic marketing events with new & existing partners
• Provide tools and materials to enable the sales team to function effectively
• Conduct continuing market research to better understand customer preferences, industry trends and competitive landscapes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree from accredited university ideally in marketing or communications
• Strong understanding of audience targeting, engagement tactics, and performance measurement in email and social media marketing efforts
• 3 years of hands-on experience working in digital marketing field
• Familiarity with platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Klaviyo, and Asana
• General understanding of the game of golf and golf equipment
