Marketing Associate 

Full-Time, Salaried- Exempt 

Location: Scottsdale, AZ, on-site 

Job Description: 

We are seeking an organized, self-starter & driven Marketing Associate to join our Sales and Marketing department to contribute to the company's continued growth. This position will support marketing activities for Lumifi and our technical partner ecosystem, in coordination with the overall marketing plan. The position is based in our Scottsdale, AZ office. 

Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Support marketing strategies for channel/partner ecosystem, in coordination with overall marketing plan 

• Provide essential administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, order processing, maintaining customer records, and coordinating communication to ensure streamlined sales operations 

• Perform graphic design tasks, including creating visually appealing digital and print materials such as social media graphics, presentations, and marketing collateral, in alignment with the company's brand guidelines 

• Support social media content creation, community engagement, and campaign execution to enhance brand presence and audience interaction 

• Write, proofread, and edit digital creative content across different channels, including web social and email 

• Plan and execute seamless events by coordinating logistics, including venue selection, catering, audio-visual setup, and other necessary arrangements to ensure a smooth and successful event experience 

• Oversee ordering of office supplies, catering and other goods as needed 

• Other marketing and job-related duties as assigned 

Requirements: 

• 3 years of digital marketing experience 

• 2 years of Adobe Creative Cloud experience 

• Great communication skills

• Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively 

• Having an organized and efficient manner in getting work done 

• Highly motivated, organized, self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment 

• Must be able to work from the Arizona office, on-site
