Job Title: HR/Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR department, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documents, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Coordinate company events and employee engagement activities to foster a positive work culture and boost employee morale.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits, providing timely and helpful assistance.
  • Assist with payroll preparation, including data entry, verification, and resolving any payroll-related issues.
  • Support other HR initiatives as needed, such as performance management, training, and employee development programs.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of professional work experience in an administrative or HR role.
  • Prior experience in administrative support or HR functions is preferred.
  • Experience in the construction industry is a plus.
  • High school diploma required; college degree in HR, business administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
