Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and assisting them with their inquiries and concerns. Duties:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
- Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues or complaints
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or to provide additional information
- Utilize phone etiquette skills to ensure positive customer interactions
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or products
- Upsell products or services to maximize sales opportunities
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or related field preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze situations and provide appropriate solutions
- Proficient in data entry with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
