We're looking for a passionate Candidate Care Specialist to join our team who willplay a pivotal role in shaping exceptional experiences for our candidates at the first stages of our Deputy Sheriff recruiting process as well as being a partnership oriented and collaborative team member to internal teams driving the success of each recruitment.
As a Candidate Care Specialist, you will play an essential role in on internal Deputy Sheriff recruiting team by providing support and guidanceto candidates in the initial stages of our entry level Deputy Sheriff recruiting process.
You will also work closely with other team members to streamline processes, improve communication, and continuously enhance the candidate experience so that each candidate has a seamless, transparent, and positive encounter.
Daily Tasks May include but are not limited to :
Ensuring assessments are completed in a timely manner
Ensuring NCIC (National Criminal Information Center) checks are completed and returned from internal partner agency within agreed upon SLA timeframes
Conducting in-depth interviews into candidates background
Accurate recordkeeping and compliance of candidates in the applicant tracking system.
Sharing and presenting metrics and other recruiting information with the client group.

Below are the minimum requirements used to determine eligibility for this position :
Education requirement : Graduation from high school or the possession of a GED, HiSET or TASC Certificate.
Experience Requirement : Two (2) years of previous background investigation experience.
Education / Experience Equivalency : Additional appropriate education may be substituted for the minimum experience requirements.
License / Certifications : None
