Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to join our team. The Sales Coordinator will provide support to the sales team and assist in achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Duties: - Assist the sales team in managing customer accounts and relationships - Coordinate sales activities, including scheduling appointments, preparing sales materials, and following up with clients - Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify potential opportunities for business development - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products or services to customers - Prepare sales reports and presentations for management review - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns - Support the sales team in preparing proposals, quotes, and contracts - Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions Qualifications: - Previous experience in customer service, business development, or technical sales is preferred - Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team - Fluency in Spanish is a plus Benefits: - Competitive salary based on experience - Comprehensive health insurance package - Retirement savings plan with company match - Paid time off and holidays If you are a motivated individual with a passion for sales and technology, we encourage you to apply for the Sales Coordinator position.
