Job Overview:

As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience during their stay. Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Assist with night audit duties as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using phone systems and computer software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with tact
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

Please note that this position is for 3 night audit shifts Monday, Tuesday and Wednesdays over night. We do have flexibility for two other shifts to be picked up so you get full time hours, however it could very from 2nd shift to 1st shift. Basically this is a floater position.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.50 - $13.25 per hour
