Box Office Representative

Box Office Representative acts as a liaison on behalf of the company to expedite guest ticketing and merchandise needs. Greets ALL guests warmly and genuinely. Representative will tend to guests ticketing and merchandise needs in a professional and timely manner.

Responsibilities and duties include but are not limited to:

· Selling and promoting of shows and show merchandise.

· Keep updated with all product developments.

· Multitask various projects while maintaining an organized workspace.

· Efficiently handle communication from guests and third party affiliates via email, phone and/or in person in a timely manner.

· Data entry of incoming reservations.

· Communicate properly and effectively with management.

· Identify problems in a timely manner. Gather and analyze information to develop alternative solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School graduate or equivalent is required.
• Minimum one-year customer service experience required.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Must be able to remain standing for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to work in fast-paced work environment under frequently changing conditions.
• Must promote and be able to upsell products.
• Must be able to work any Various shifts including Holidays.
• Must present a well-groomed appearance and friendly demeanor.
• Must be able to pass Backround check & Drug-Screen Test.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
