Boutique Troy, Michigan Law Firm is looking for a talented bookkeeper/office manager candidate.
Primary job duties include:
- Knowledge of accounting, Quickbooks, Timeslips, Microsoft Word/Office
- Manage and oversee daily office operations
- Billing and Invoicing
- Accounts Payable and Receivables
- Banking
- Assist with the preparation of financial reports and tax filings (assist company CPA's)
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Prepare and distribute memos, emails, and reports
