Responsibilities:
- Your primary goal will be to increase staffing total sales dollars and gross profit through focused sales strategies using relationship management and by opening new accounts.
- Self-starter – visit customers and use the opportunity to build relationships.
- Strong communication skills – Fully understand customer expectations, prepare proposal, and reach agreement.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively and meet objectives without detailed day-to-day direction.
- Must be highly organized and flexible to handle multiple priorities and clients.
