Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Lead Technician to join our team. The Lead Technician will be responsible for overseeing maintenance activities, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring efficient operations.

Duties:
- Perform industrial mechanic duties including welding, HVAC/R, and working with logic controllers.
- Utilize militarized training to handle high voltage equipment and maintain hydraulics systems.
- Lead the maintenance team in HVAC system repairs and upkeep.
- Implement Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking maintenance activities.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in industrial mechanics, welding, HVAC/R, and logic controllers.
- Military background with knowledge of handling high voltage equipment is a plus.
- Proficiency in maintaining hydraulics systems and working on HVAC systems.
- Familiarity with CMMS for efficient maintenance tracking.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $34.00 - $37.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
