We are currently hiring for a Lead Technician in West Chicago, IL.

What will you do as a Lead Technician?

• Technician/Mechanic skills evaluation and development
• Preventive Maintenance Program development and compliance
• Planning and scheduling of Maintenance efforts in accordance with production demands
• Technical support – troubleshooting unscheduled interruptions in production
• Process improvements
• Identify/Order repair parts
• Budget compliance
• Performing machine tear-down and rebuilds
• Installing, verifying, and validating all new equipment

Who qualifies for the Lead Technician position?

• 5 years of experience as a maintenance mechanic/technician in manufacturing required
• Previous experience as a lead or supervisor required
• Experience within the food industry preferred
• Demonstrate intermediate mechanical and electrical aptitude
• Previous experience and knowledge is required in the following areas: electrical, mechanical, machine elements, pipe fitting, instrumentation, hydraulics/ pneumatics, PLC, and shop safety

What hours will the Lead Technician work?

• 1st Shift
• Full-time | 40 hours
• Monday 4 AM - 2 PM & Tuesday - Thursday 5 AM - 2 PM

How much will you earn as a Lead Technician?

• $30 - $37/ hour
