Key Responsibilities:

• Works hand in hand with the Executive Chef and culinary team to oversee all food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
• Assists in menu creation and ensures recipes are followed and prepared on a consistent basis.
• Assists with monthly inventory counts and ensures all food items are safely stored and labeled.
• Creates exceptional and memorable member and guest experiences.
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation programs.
• Assumes a positive leadership role in coaching, mentoring, and training associates.
• Completes other duties as assigned.
