$250 Signing Bonus, $250 Retention Bonus after 90 Days of FT employment.
General Purpose:
Responsible for processing vendor accounts payable for either corporate office or shared accounting
properties.
- Input high volume of invoices into Financial System
- Perform check runs and electronic payments
- Preparing and distributing bills to facilities
- Various account reconciliations
- Manage vendor inquiries in a courteous and timely manner
- Assist in the annual 1099 processing and audit requests
- Special Projects as necessary
- Regular and reliable attendance
- Enforces established policies and procedures for accounts payable function
- Performs other duties as required
- Associates degree preferred
- 3-5 years of prior high volume AP experience required
- Knowledge of AP principles and practices; basic bookkeeping procedures including use/sales tax,1099 reporting, and general ledger reconciliation
- Previous multi-currency experience
- Strong Microsoft Office skills – Word, Excel, Outlook
- Typical office environment
- Noise level is moderate

- Ability to read and speak English may be required in order to perform the duties of the job (e.g. theassociates may be required to communicate with English speaking customers or co-workers, themanuals for the equipment the associates may use are in English)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and Ability to work with all levels of staff as internalcustomers
- Ability to self-direct and analyze data
- Strong attention to detail, commitment to accuracy and quality and problem solving skills
- Exceptional organization skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel)
- Basic accounting concepts and the ability to operate accounting software (i.e. Jonas / QuickBooks /Peachtree)
