Position Overview :

Trinity Management is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The primary focus of this role will be on 401K management, audits, and Accounts Payable functions.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our administrative operations and ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our financial processes.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage and administer the company's 401K program, including enrollment, contributions, distributions, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct audits of financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Process Accounts Payable transactions accurately and promptly, including verifying invoices, obtaining approvals, and issuing payments.
  • Maintain detailed records and documentation related to 401K management, audits, and Accounts Payable activities.
  • Assist with the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts as needed.
  • Provide administrative support to the finance department, including organizing files, scheduling meetings, and responding to inquiries.

Qualifications :

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and external stakeholders.
