Trinity Rail is hiring a Sales Support Coordinator in our Fort Worth, TX office!
This person will be responsible for supporting sales, cost estimating and sourcing by assuring effective administration of the receiving, processing and completing of costumer quote, creating electronic costumer files and notifying to estimating/sourcing team. This is followed by preparing quotation packages of drawings and other engineering documentation from various sources, ordering, and entering vendor feedback into multiple systems.
What you'll do:
- Track the progress of active quotes and assure the team is aware of projects that are not progressing as planned
- Actively participate in the improvement of the administrative processes supporting the sales and sourcing teams
- Costumer experience (e.g. reducing customer quote file preparation and finalization, assisting with costumer requests that are outside quotes and orders such as order status reports, tracking information, shipping documentation
- Work with internal expeditor to be able to provide accurate information on reports such open order reports
- Aid in return authorization process as required
What you'll need:
- 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably including technical sales support
- Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment
- Thorough understanding of sales and cost estimation processes
- Well-developed customer service skills-internal/external customers
- Positive attitude, motivated, results oriented, resourceful
