Job Overview:
We are seeking a Sales Support Representative to join our dynamic sales team. As a Sales Support Representative, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
Duties:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and preparing sales documents
- Assist with business development activities by conducting market research and identifying potential leads
- Collaborate with the sales team to create sales presentations and proposals
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in Salesforce or other CRM systems
- Assist with account management tasks, such as monitoring customer accounts, resolving issues, and upselling additional products or services
- Support the sales team in achieving sales targets by providing necessary information and resources
- Conduct product demonstrations or presentations as needed
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
Skills:
- Fluency in Spanish is preferred but not required
- Strong business development and sales skills
- Experience in outside sales or technical sales is a plus
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
- Proficient in using Salesforce or other CRM systems
- Familiarity with technology sales is advantageous
