Sales Office Assistant/Admin

Salary Range $46,000-$50,000

We are looking for a dedicated customer-focused Sales Office Admin to join Trinity Exteriors! Our Sales Admin is an integral part of our operations providing support through various departments.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service.
• Communicate with customers over the phone, email, and chat.
• Appointment setter and lead intake professional.
• Weekly Sales reports.
• Provide Administrative support to our sales and finance departments.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 3 years of administrative experience.
• Experience in appointment setting and lead intake.
• Strong organization, detail orientation, communication, and collaboration skills are required.
• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with customers, partners, and employees.
• Proficient in basic computer skills (MS Office 365, Google Workspace).
• High-level customer service experience directly with customers.
• Strong experience using MS Excel.
• AccuLynx experience nice to have.
• Willing to undergo a background check.
