TriMech Solutions is Hiring a Remote Software Subscription Manager

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the growth of our recurring software business through client engagement, staff development, process improvement and automation where appropriate.
  • Manage a team of professionals through engagement, weekly calls, regular performance evaluations, and monitoring their goals, and providing support and guidance when necessary.
  • Monitor and report progress on renewal rates and revenue in order to adjust priorities, strategies, and resources.
  • Engage often with internal teams to align strategies and drive business opportunities: sales, marketing, client care, services and business systems.
  • Work closely with supplier partners on strategies and tools
  • Quote and manage the process of subscription renewals (phone calls, order processing, follow up emails, logging all tasks in NS/CRM)
  • Listen for new business opportunities for sales and training and submitting referrals when applicable
  • Address client concerns and answer questions promptly
  • Maintain customer files in NetSuite and update information.
  • Adjust renewal quotes as requested by the customer, reviewing what changes could mean to software function and support.
  • Once a purchase order has been received, verify all data before processing.
  • You will be expected to manage your time effectively, working on several accounts and quotations at a time.
  • Support new initiatives introduced by leadership by using creative thinking to design processes and implement improvements to drive success
  • Work with Ops and IT on process improvements (automation, reporting, etc.) and initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in a management role, with 1-3 years of relevant work experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Experience with ERP systems
  • CRM Experience is required
  • Customer service experience
  • Work well under pressure and time constraints
  • Must work well independently and in a team environment
  • Some accounting experience an asset
  • Hybrid position (3 days/wk in office)
  • Efficient in MS Suite
