DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the Installation of 3DEXPERIENCE On-Premises environments, globally.
  • Work with the Solution Architect to bring technical architecture expertise and recommendations on client projects.
  • Conduct interviews with customers to gather requirements on the IT Landscape, using the Value Engagement Checklist
  • Drive the hardware/network/infrastructure assessment.
  • Design and document the technical integration of DS solutions within the customer's current information system by leveraging architectural design methods, patterns, and best practices.
• Support current 3DEXPERIENCE On Premises clients with the ability to troubleshoot/resolve software implementation and configuration issues.
• Willing to learn and use new software product skills for consulting or technical sales activities.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, results-focused environment.
• Ability to travel on a frequent/as-needed basis within the assigned territories.
• Familiarization with Azure or AWS, vCenter or Hyper-V, and a good understanding of TLS/SSL Certificates
• Audit and propose 3DEXPERIENCE infrastructure in line with customer requirements. This includes tuning/configuring Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE products and related key software components such as Operating Systems, Databases, applications, and web servers.
• Ensure that the design and deployment of the technical solutions are aligned with the Security, the SLA, and the client's Performance, Scalability, and Capacity expectations.
• Preference will be given to candidates who have previous experience with 3DEXPERIENCE, however this is not a requirement.

REQUIREMENTS

• Education: B.Sc. degree in Engineering, Information Technologies, or related discipline or equivalent job experience
• Skills and Knowledge:
  • Good communication and reporting skills.
  • Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently, using your initiative, and a part of a team.
  • Working experience with IT infrastructure and systems.
  • Good knowledge of scripting languages (e.g. PowerShell, Batch/Shell scripts, JavaScript and understanding of JVMs
