SUMMARY

The Administrative Assistant position requires a versatile individual who is a quick learner, self-motivated and can work independently. This individual will be responsible for a multitude of tasks and learning new skills including but not limited to technical proficiency on MS Windows, audio-visual, video production, video editing and administrative. A qualified candidate should have an enthusiastic desire to learn and be comfortable in high pressure professional settings.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Administrative Assistant position is a key role that brings both opportunity and challenges. Some of the responsibilities that you can expect to have in this role include:

  • Calendar management, attention to detail
  • Proficiency in video production and editing
  • Proficiency in Zoom software and videoconferencing solutions
  • Professionalism in interactions with clients
  • Ensure client relationships and retention are appropriately maintained
  • Daily update of accurate reports and tasks
  • Implementation of social media strategy and branding campaigns
  • Full understanding of benefits of doing business with TTC
  • Actively assist team with research, cases, projects and jury trials
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Participate in industry networking meetings, seminars and conferences
  • Adhere to and uphold our professional standards

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PPT)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat Pro DC
  • Ability to work on multiple cases/projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Achieve deadlines under pressure which may require working past normal business hours
  • Utilizing productive and efficient workflows
  • Support management through a variety of tasks
  • Communicate politely and professionally
  • Organizational ability and punctuality
  • Prioritize tasks, problem solve, and execute all in a timely manner
  • Shipping packages, drop off & pickup, equipment setup
  • Proficiency in all software programs
  • Inventory management
  • Proficient in the operation, care, and maintenance of AV equipment
  • Preserving confidential and sensitive company information
  • Proficiency leveraging social media platforms to achieve goals
  • Valid driver’s license in good standing

EDUCATION and WORK EXPERIENCE

  • A bachelor's degree or 2 years of legal industry work experience preferred
