Trillium is seeking a temp-to-hire Receptionist in Grand Rapids.

This is a 1st shift position. Schedule is 7:30am-4:30pm Monday-Friday. Pay starts at $16/hr based on experience.

Responsibilities:
-Greeting customers and notifying appropriate employees
-Answering phones and determining appropriate action for the calls
-Manage clerical work, including filing, emailing and using Microsoft Office applications.
-Handling cash, bank deposits and other assigned duties determined by business needs and management

Requirements:
-Knowledge of phone systems, basic office machines and Microsoft Office
-Must have strong clerical, listening and interpersonal skills
-Maintain composure, efficiency and be courteous while multitasking and handling customers
-Ability to work under supervision and follow instructions
-Attendance and being on time is imperative
-High School Diploma or equivalent
