We are looking for a motivated Sales Associate to join our team. This role will be responsible for prospecting, developing and closing sales opportunities with new and existing customers. This position requires a self-starter who is comfortable working independently, as well as in a team environment. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, is naturally curious, has a friendly and approachable demeanor, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand customer base by networking with potential customers and building relationships.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Attend multiple trade shows every year to meet with prospective customers.
• Provide customer service support as needed, responding to inquiries and resolving customer order issues in a timely manner.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare sales reports and presentations for management review.
• Work closely with internal accounting and logistics to monitor customer orders and fulfillment.

Pay Structure

• Monthly base pay monthly commission pay
• Seniority and performance bonus available

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or communications
• Must be a self-starter, detail oriented, and highly motivated individual
• Ability to practice sales process and techniques, and customer relationship management
• Ability to travel to trade shows multiple times a year to find prospects and build network
• Ability to persuade and influence with strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to be resourceful and work collaborative to resolve problems quickly
• Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment
• Ability to analyze sales data and draw actionable insights
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (ex: Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a customer service, client facing or sales position in consumer electronics such as mobile devices is a plus
• Experience in using an ERP and online B2B / B2C sales platform
• Chinese or Spanish language proficiency
