Job Description

Test automation is a cornerstone of successful digital transformation to enable enterprises of size/scope/complexity to increase business critical release cadences, increase overall software quality, and significantly reduce cost of test development and maintenance. TRICENTIS is the maker of TOSCA, qTest and CapIO and is the recognized industry leader by Gartner, Forrester and IDC. Our solutions target large/very large enterprises and are proven in the global market with a fast-growing client base.

Due to rapid growth, we are seeking highly talented people to work with TRICENTIS in the Americas West region. Recently announced selection of Tricentis by SAP as the standard for test automation reinforces the tremendous opportunity to join the Tricentis team!

Qualifications

Main responsibilities include:

Responsibility for all aspects of solution selling - including prospecting, opportunity management (identification/verification/qualification/closure), territory and pipeline management, needs analysis, solution mapping, client presentations/demonstrations/workshops, proof of concepts, proposal development activities such quoting/pricing/legal negotiations, and account management.

Qualifications - Must have core characteristics: 

  • Approaches his/her book of business as a franchise with ownership and accountability
  • Quick learner and a problem solver who pays attention to details
  • Team player with demonstrated leadership skills
  • Positive, persistent, competitive, curious, organized and disciplined
  • Professional experience/requirements:

  • 7-10 years of experience in selling software solutions with a strong history of success across multiple industry verticals.
  • The ability to shape compelling reasons for clients to leverage our technology to solve complex business and technical problems in their enterprise.
  • Basic process knowledge in Software Application Lifecycle Management
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Familiar with MEDDPICC and Command of the Message as a strategic sales framework
  • Experience working with strategic partners as trusted advisors in target accounts a plus
  • You must be prepared to travel
  • Highly Desirable:

  • Experience in solution selling, preferably in traditional test management and test automation solutions (HP QC&QTP and/or IBM QM&FT and/or Test Complete and/or Selenium, etc.)
  • Experience in the planning and development of a Business Case (ROI).
  • Knowledge of SAP and other packaged software (Oracle, Workday, ServiceNow etc.) and their role within larger Fortune 2000 companies.
