Job Title: Digital Project Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced, highly organized Digital Project Manager to join our dynamic tribe. The ideal candidate will act as the account lead for the digital marketing department, possessing a strong understanding of digital marketing practices, analytics, and tools. The candidate should demonstrate exceptional skills in project management and have a keen eye for digital marketing insights. This role is crucial for ensuring the seamless execution of marketing projects from conception to completion and driving our marketing efforts to new heights.

Responsibilities:

1. Account Lead:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and understanding of their digital project needs.

2. Digital Marketing Expertise:

• Thorough knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools.
• Knowledge of SEM, SEO, GA4
• Ability to provide valuable insights to enhance digital marketing performance.

3. Project Management:

• Execute end-to-end project management, from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery and meeting client expectations.
• Write clear and concise project documentation, including project plans, timelines, and status reports.

4. Data and Analytics:

• Utilize data and analytics to drive informed decision-making.
• Experience in setting up and interpreting time dashboards.
• Proficiency in reading and analyzing reports, with a focus on GA4, attribution modeling, SEM, and other digital marketing channels.

5. Email Automation:

• Proficient in designing and implementing effective email automation campaigns.

6. Tool Adaptability:

• Demonstrate adaptability to various digital tools and platforms, staying up-to-date with industry trends.
• Efficiently navigate and leverage different tools for project management, analytics, and automation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Digital Project Manager in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and tools.
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
• Proficient in using tools such as GA4, Harvest, Asana, and various email automation platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $43,000.00 - $58,195.14 per year
