What You'll Do
The Marketing Manager at Upbring plays a crucial role in leading and executing marketing strategies that support and promote the organization's programs, including foster care, educational programs, and services for refugee minors. This role demands a unique blend of analytics prowess, creative thinking, project management, and a deep commitment to changing the world. The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional in B2C marketing, with a proven track record of driving results through effective campaign management and a passion for leveraging marketing to improve child wellbeing.
This exciting role offers the unique opportunity to visit many of Upbring's 50 locations across Texas, providing firsthand experience and engagement with our impactful programs. While you will enjoy the flexibility of remote work, there is an expectation to be present in the office 4 days per month, ensuring a perfect balance between hands-on field involvement and focused strategy executionall aimed at driving meaningful results for child wellbeing.
