Position Details:
The Corporate Operations Manager position holds responsibility for ensuring the seamless operation of all branch locations, with a focus on process optimization, software management, inventory control, and facility scheduling. This position is dedicated to harmonizing operations and enhancing efficiency across the organization.
This position has supervisory authority for directing day-to-day tasks with administrative assistants.
This position requires occasional travel. Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Lead and execute process optimization initiatives across all branch locations.
- Manage and optimize existing software processes to facilitate streamlined operations.
- Oversee inventory control processes and develop strategies to maintain optimal inventory levels, mitigating stockouts and overstock situations.
- Collaborate with branch teams to assess and refine processes and systems to harmonize operations and drive operational excellence throughout the organization.
- Coordinate facility management schedules, branch capital equipment management, and facility lease management.

Qualifications:
REQUIRED
PREFERRED
Experience
5 years prior experience in logistic, software, inventory mgmt, or related position
Previous experience in a multi-branch or multi-location environment
Education
Associate’s degree in business, operations management, supply chain, logistics, or similar, or equivalent level of prior relevant experience
Bachelor’s degree in business, operations management, supply chain, logistics, or similar, or equivalent level of prior relevant experience
Additional Skills/Notes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Organizational and time management skills
- Analytical skill set
- Familiarity with software inventory management systems and best practices.
- Extensive knowledge of process engineering and improvements
